The Semiautomatic capsule filling machine is suitable for filling capsules of all sizes with powders, pellets or granules optionally. Machine provides high Degree of automation with higher levels of filling weight accuracy. It has a double loading and separation arrangement which enables higher productivity. The output of the machine varies from 22,000 to 28,000 capsules / hr depending on the quality and size of capsules, characteristics of the filling material and ambient temperature condition.
